12/7/17 and 12/8/17 money was supposed to be transferred into my account for a medical emergency agent walked me through verification on e mail address and phone number .I was told to go back to the to-do screen I did she said everything should be fine.she never told me to hit the deposit button and continue nor the your screen say that .I thought everything was ok.i needed the money coming from my son for the emergency with-in 24 hours .at about 20 hours I wanted to check and see if all was well . what a kick in the face.i started with a new agent but was also told because it,s Friday no transactions over the weekend .2 kicks in the face .so I continued only to the point of receieving my code by text or change phone to land line .since I have an older phone I couldn,t receive a text ,and because I don,t have call waiting land line was also out .I will never use your product nor will anyone I know .this is worse than my tour in nam if you people think you,ve got a good product you are so wrong I pray tonight that my emergency money needed will hold off .after this message just toss it I know it won,t go into corporate.s hand,s or mr. pop money wjcollins
